Pass Plus

Congratulations you have passed your Driving Test, is this where we say goodbye, or is it now that the learning should really start? If you wish to continue the development of your Driving, and possibly save some money on Insurance then you should be considering a Pass Plus course.

What does it involve?

A Pass Plus course consists of six specially designed driver training modules which you take after you have passed your practical driving test. The modules consist of Town Driving, All Weather Driving, Out of Town Driving and Rural Roads, Night Driving, Dual Carriageways and Motorway Driving

Although some of this subject matter will have been covered during your initial training it can now be covered with a more in depth approach. Once all six modules have been successfully completed (this will be a minimum of 6 hours tuition), your Instructor will sign you off and apply for your Pass Plus Certificate, this will be required when applying for cheaper car insurance. In most cases the cost of the course is recovered within the first year or two by cheaper insurance premiums.

The Pass Plus course is very flexible, it could be one 6 hour session, 2 x 3hrs, whatever best suits your circumstances. I will often structure routes around areas that you wish to visit now you have passed your test. Maybe a town for Uni, perhaps a theme park, like Alton Towers, although there wont be time to visit Rita! Even a trip to the coast.

As a Registered Pass Plus Instructor I would be happy to take you through this next stage of your Driving Career.

Insurance Companies involved in this scheme include:
